We source all products directly from the producers and/or cooperatives.
We operate exclusively in the B2B sector. An online shop for end consumers (B2C) is planned for early summer 2025.

Orders:
We currently only accept orders from business customers. The minimum order amount per order is EUR 1,000.00 net plus shipping costs and any import duties. Since prices fluctuate depending on the market situation and demand, we ask that you request a quote before placing an order. Please use our Contact form for this purpose.

Payment:
Delivery is made against 100% advance payment. Payment is due within 7 days (received in account) after our written order confirmation.
From the 4th order of a customer, the process is as follows:
After order confirmation, 50% advance payment within 7 days (received in account) and 50% after customs clearance in the country of delivery.

Our banking partner is Attijari Wafa Bank (Casablanca, Morocco)

You can transfer the final order amount shown in the order confirmation either in EUR or MAD (Moroccan Dirham). Alternatively, you can also pay exclusively in EUR to our account at the German branch in Frankfurt: Attijari Wafabank, Niederlassung Deutschland, Kaiserstraße 47 in 60329 Frankfurt am Main.

Form of transport:
- We ship saffron by air freight
- We ship rose water and argan oil by freight carrier
